To be clear: MGK isn't a compliance authority. We don't review content against your regulator's rules and we don't approve anything for compliance — that stays with you and your firm. What we do is shoot and edit to the boundaries you give us. You share your firm's content policy or compliance checklist, we work inside it, and you (or your compliance team) do the final review and sign-off before anything goes live. We've run this workflow with regulated clients for years and know how to script and structure videos so your compliance review is an easy "yes."
Yes. Every final video we produce is yours. All edited deliverables, photos, and posted content are 100% your brand equity to use anywhere, forever. Raw footage and project files remain with the studio as industry standard, but polished deliverables are fully transferable.
